Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and the Founder of ACE Authentic Life Therapy Services. My goal is to bring you the best care in a warm, genuinely connected and non-judgmental way, and I strive to create a space where you can move towards healing while feeling safe and empowered in your journey towards change! I have experience working with individuals, teens, families, and couples. Whether it is relationship concerns, communication struggles, infidelity, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, self-esteem issues, behavioral concerns or anger difficulties, parenting skills and concerns, or difficult life transitions, we will work together towards positive change in your life. I have extra specialization both in couples and family work, and in working with trauma and anxiety struggles. With 10+ years of education, research, supervision and practice, I try to bring all of my knowledge and background to each individual I work with. I truly believe each person who desires help has the ability to make unique changes in their life, and am committed to working as a team to aid my clients in reaching their goals towards a more fulfilling and authentic life!
